NOTE: With a soft-bodied, seamed tank like FlexiTank or any similar collapsible reservoir, moving it when it has any amount of water in it will stress the seams that hold the material together and may create leaks. Because of this, we suggest to never move the FlexiTank reservoir when there’s any amount of water in it. If a FlexiTank remains stationary during use, it will last many years without issue. The most common ‘moving the tank’ scenarios are:

• Dragging a partially filled tank to a new location.
• Tugging or pulling at the sides of the partially filled tank to adjust its position.
• Repeatedly tipping a tank over when there’s still water in it to get it out.
• Placing your tank on an improper stand and constantly moving/adjusting it.

If there is any evidence that the tank was dragged with water inside, the manufacturer may not honor the warranty. So please be sure to properly set up and maintain your collapsible FlexiTank Reservoir so you can enjoy many years of use!
